1) 2 On Lismore Guesthouse is a business in the hospitality industry that provide accommodation.
2) This booking is subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed additional and will we delivered together with the accommodation as far as applicable.
3) The offering on this website is available to all clients
4) Payment and refund guidelines include:
- A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- Full and final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
- 60-90 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee
- 30-60 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee
- 0-30 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee
*All cancellations must be received in writing.
5) 2 On Lismore Guesthouse shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, personal information shall be defined as detailed in the PAIA.
6)Payment options accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express cards or by bank transfer into the Bank account of 2 On Lismore guesthouse. These details will be provided on request.
7) Card transactions will be acquired for 2 On Lismore via Paygate(Pty)Ltd who are the approved gateway for all South African banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3(SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. 8) Customers details with be stored separately by 2 On Lismore which are entered on DPO Paygate secure site.
9) The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand(ZAR).
